Abstract
The field of vaccine delivery has evolved significantly over recent decades, with advancements in pharmaceutics facilitating more effective and efficient immunization strategies. Modern vaccine delivery systems have progressed from traditional injections to novel approaches involving nanoparticles, liposomes, and microneedles. These innovations aim to enhance the immune response, improve patient compliance, and overcome challenges such as storage, stability, and distribution. This article reviews the current trends in vaccine delivery technologies and explores future prospects, including the role of personalized vaccines and alternative routes of administration.
