Abstract
Nanotechnology has revolutionized the field of drug delivery systems, offering numerous advantages such as enhanced bioavailability, controlled release, targeted delivery, and reduced side effects. This article explores the latest advancements in nanotechnology for drug delivery systems, focusing on the application of nanocarriers such as nanoparticles, liposomes, dendrimers, and micelles. It examines the mechanisms behind targeted drug delivery, including passive and active targeting strategies, surface modification techniques, and the role of nanocarriers in overcoming biological barriers.
