Article Processing Charges (APC)

The American Journal of Mining Engineering follows an open-access publishing model, ensuring unrestricted access to all published research. To support the costs of peer review, editorial handling, production, online hosting, and long-term archiving, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is required upon acceptance of a manuscript.

• Standard APC: USD 160

• Submission Fee: None (no fee is charged for submitting a manuscript)

• Waiver Policy: Authors from low-income countries or those without research funding may apply for a full or partial waiver at the time of submission. Each request is considered individually.

All accepted articles are published under open-access terms to promote global knowledge exchange in mining engineering.
