1. Submission Policy

The American Journal of Pure and Applied Physics accepts original and unpublished research articles, review papers, and technical studies in all areas of pure and applied physics. Submitted manuscripts must not be under review or published in any other journal or platform. All submissions must be made through the journal’s official online submission system. Authors are responsible for ensuring compliance with the journal’s formatting guidelines, ethical standards, and editorial policies. Manuscripts that fail to meet basic academic quality or policy requirements may be rejected without external review.

2. Peer Review Policy

The journal follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure fairness, confidentiality, and objectivity. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise in physics. Reviewers assess the scientific originality, methodological soundness, significance of results, and clarity of presentation. Final publication decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers’ reports.

3. Publication Ethics Policy

7. Withdrawal and Retraction Policy

Authors may request withdrawal of their manuscript before the completion of the peer review process by submitting a formal written request to the editorial office. Withdrawal after acceptance or during production is allowed only under exceptional circumstances. Published articles may be retracted in cases of plagiarism, ethical misconduct, or major scientific errors. Retraction notices will be clearly identified and permanently accessible on the journal’s website.
