Abstract

This paper explores the role of advanced power electronics in the design of sustainable power systems. The increasing demand for renewable energy integration and the necessity for energy efficiency have driven the development of innovative power electronic devices. These devices, including inverters, converters, and energy storage systems, are essential in managing renewable sources such as wind and solar, stabilizing power grids, and improving energy distribution. The paper discusses the principles of power electronics, key technologies, challenges in renewable energy integration, and future trends for achieving sustainability in power systems.
