Abstract
In healthcare, the ability to predict patient outcomes, optimize treatment plans, and reduce costs is becoming increasingly important. Big data analytics offers significant opportunities for enhancing healthcare management through predictive modeling. By analyzing large datasets, including patient records, medical imaging, genetic data, and real-time monitoring systems, healthcare providers can predict disease outbreaks, prevent hospital readmissions, and improve patient care. This article explores the role of big data in predictive healthcare analytics, with a focus on its applications in disease prediction, patient monitoring, and personalized medicine.
